Eligibility:
1. These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone entering the online Peppa Pig Prize Draw via Instagram (“Prize Draw”) promoted and administered by us, Yoplait UK Ltd (“The Promoter”).
2. By entering the Prize Draw you (“You” or “Entrant”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw.
3. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, who like and comment on the Instagram post.
4. Employees of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, their families and anyone deemed to be professionally involved with or connected to the Prize Draw are not permitted to enter the Prize Draw.

7. The Prize Draw opens for entries at 00:00 BST on 20/04/2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on 04/05/2026. Entries received outside of these times will be void and will not be entered into the Promotion.Prize Details:
8. There are 4 Prizes available to be won:
8.1. Main Prize: 1 x trip to Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The Prize includes 4 x tickets and £250 travel and food allowance.
8.2. Runner Up Prizes: 3 x Meet & Greet with Peppa Pig at the Peppa Pig store in Battersea, London on Saturday 16 th May 2026. Each Prize includes Meet & Greet for 1 adult and 1 child under the age of 15 years to the Peppa Pig Store, 1 x goody bag worth £50 and £250 travel and food allowance.Winner Selection and Contact:
9. There will be 4 winners. The winners will be drawn at random by an automated computerised program from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Terms & Conditions during the Prize Draw period and notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 24 hours of the Prize Draw. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure their social media
account is set to ‘Public’ in order to allow relevant details such as Instagram handle and comment to be extracted for entry into the Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure to extract details from accounts which haven’t been set up as required.
10. The winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) by the official Yoplait UK account (@yoplaituk). The winning DM notification will be sent to the Instagram account used to enter. The winners will be required to respond to the DM with their full name, email address and contact phone number within 72 hours of winner notification in order to claim their prize.
11. If a winner does not respond to their winning message within 72 hours of Yoplait UK sending them a DM, they will forfeit their prize and an alternative winner will be selected from the drawn reserves. Please be aware that the DM may have gone into your message request folder. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that they check their message request folder.
12. The prize will be awarded to the authorised account holders of the Instagram account. The authorised account holder is the natural person assigned to the handle. Further Peppa Pig World Terms & Conditions
13. The tickets include 1 day park access for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children.
14. The prize is valid until 3 rd January 2027, must be pre-booked and is subject to Paulton’s Park opening times.
15. When an entry ticket is presented, all members of the group must enter the Park at the same time.
16. Tickets are valid for the date printed on the ticket only.

18. The winners and their guests must arrive at the Peppa Pig store in Battersea by 9:30am on Saturday 16th May to ensure a private meet & greet before the store opens.
19. The winners and their guest must be available to attend on the date specified by the Promoter.General:
20. Please note that the Prizes do not include any insurance, meals and beverages, personal expenses, additional activities, or any other expenditure, unless otherwise stated. Travel to and from the winner’s location to the venues are the responsibility of the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for any expenses incurred.
21. The winner is also responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst enjoying the prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guests from utilising the prize if the winner and/or their guests fail to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the prize or the winner and/or guests act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others.
22. The prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize (or part thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value.
23. The entrant agrees to and understands that their comment (including their Instagram handle) will be made available to the public, including without limitation, posting on the internet.
24. The Prize Draw and the Promoter's Instagram page is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering into the Prize Draw, entrants release Instagram from all and any claims and liabilities which might arise in relation to the Prize Draw. You understand that you are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
25. The Promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and its privacy policy which can be found at https://yoplait.co.uk/privacy-policy/. The Promoter will only use your personal information for the purpose of carrying out the Promotion. Where the Promoter is not responsible for the fulfilment of or delivery of the prize, the Promoter shall share your personal information with Umbrella Risk Management Limited who is responsible for the fulfilment of and delivery of the prize.
26. The prize winners’ surnames are available by sending a correctly stamped self-addressed envelope to Peppa Pig Social Prize Draw (8791), PO Box 906, Chilton, Aylesbury HP22 9HR within three months of the Closing Date. By entering the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that if they are a winner their surname may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. A winner may object to their information being made available in this way or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting the Promoter. In these circumstances the winner acknowledges that the Promoter may nevertheless disclose such information in full upon request from such competent authorities (including without limitation the Advertising Standards Authority).
27. Winners may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion with no further compensation.
28. Entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content will be deleted and disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.
29. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or terminate (temporarily or permanently) these terms and conditions or the Prize Draw with or without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud or in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity).
30. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Prize Draw is final.
31. The Promoter and its agents accept no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason or difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this Prize Draw and proof of submission will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
32. The Promoter is not responsible for computer or network problems, problems with servers, other programming, electronic or technological failures/errors/malfunctions of any kind (including but not limited to filtering by or operation of the functionality of Instagram) or the failure to receive any posts or inability to contact the potential prize winner for any reason, whatsoever.
33. While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for fraud, the Promoter will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to the Promoter or to the entrant at the time of entry to the Promotion or which are caused by a third party.
34. This Prize Draw and these Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
35. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.
